Privacy Policy

Listr is a personal inventory app used by a single household to track toys and collectibles they own. It is not distributed publicly and does not sell, share, or monetize any data.

What we collect

Account information (email) via Supabase Auth, and inventory data you enter yourself (item titles, photos, condition, storage location, notes). Nothing is collected from or about anyone other than the app's account holder.

Third-party connections

If you choose to connect an eBay account, Listr requests only the minimum eBay OAuth scope needed to read your own account's business policies (payment, shipping, return) and, in later app versions, to create draft listings on your behalf. eBay access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our backend (Supabase) and are never shared with any other party. Listr never publishes a listing to eBay automatically — publishing always requires an explicit, confirmed action from the account holder.

Data storage

All data is stored in a private Supabase project scoped to the account holder's user ID, with row-level security enforced so no other account can read it.
