Delete Your Data

Listr is a personal inventory app. If you have a Listr account, you can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time.
How to request deletion
In the Listr app, go to More → Delete my data, then confirm the prompt. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything in it — no waiting period, no support request needed.
If you're unable to open the app (e.g. it's uninstalled, or you've lost access to your account), email team@zaxco.dev from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll process it within 7 days and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your login/account (email and credentials)
- All items and inventory entries you've added, including photos
- Listing templates and eBay listing drafts
- Your eBay connection (stored access/refresh tokens are deleted, and the connection is revoked on our side)
What's retained, and for how long
Nothing is retained in the live database — deletion is immediate and irreversible. Two exceptions, both outside our direct control:
- Database backups. Our hosting provider (Supabase) keeps routine backups of the whole database for disaster recovery. Deleted rows can persist in these backups for up to 30 days before aging out, but are not accessible through the app or restored individually.
- Crash reports already sent. If a crash report was generated before you requested deletion, a copy may still exist in our crash-reporting provider (Sentry) subject to their own retention period. These reports contain technical diagnostic data only (e.g. a stack trace), never your inventory content, photos, or eBay data.
